BOTANICA.CT, a 300-acre garden township slated for development over 9 carefully planned residential phases will ultimately be a self-contained and self-sufficient township with its own International Boarding School, Commercial Village, Retirement Resort, Medical Centre, Health & Spa Resort and a Clubhouse to serve the needs of its resident population.
